Belmont Real Estate

Belmont offers a wide range of real estate to its residents. From condominiums, to more traditional suburban real estate in the form of single family homes there is something for everyone regardless of your style. The community is primarily a residential suburb to the city of Boston and is best known for its Belmont Hill neighborhood, which is home to some of the finest single family homes in the area.

Belmont was originally founded as a farming community. Many of these former farms and greenhouse estates were either given over to the public or represent public accessible areas, making the community a green and open space.

Architecture in the community is split. Potential residents can find condominiums, quintessential New England style Colonials, Capes Tudors,  and Gambrels. But many of the more luxurious estates feature styles inspired from French Country Estates, English Revivalist and Georgian Revivalist.

The community is tight knit, and is a wonderful place to raise families. It is conveniently located close to Boston for an easy commute to and from work, or for a quick lunch to a night out.
