Four Seasons
This 61 story building will bring 180 high-class private condominiums to the Boston real estate market. The Four Seasons Boston will join the ranks of other select cities such as London, Shanghai, Istanbul, Los Angeles, and Chicago in having two Four Season. New York is currently building its second.
With commanding views of the Back Bay the project will also add public park space at the base of the building. The design of the tower itself is an equilateral triangle with rounded corners designed to complement the existing surroundings and provide a bookend to the existing skyscrapers that run from the downtown waterfront to the Prudential Center Complex. The building will feature two restaurants, two lounges, and a health club and spa for residents and other citizens of the Back Bay to enjoy.
Millennium Tower
The 60 story tower is under construction now at 1 Franklin Street in Downtown Crossing. The luxury condos in this full service building range in price from $1 million to $37.5 million for the nearly 13,000 square foot penthouse. When completed this new tower will be Boston’s third tallest building behind the Prudential Tower and Hancock Place. It will be Boston’s tallest residential building.
